Vaping stops early ageing?

Vaping stops early ageing?

Vaping has seen an unprecedented uptick in the last few years, and for mostly good reasons. People have been smoking tobacco for years, most of whom clearly understanding the extreme health risks and potential lasting damage they could cause. Easier said than done though, right?

Vaping has provided a safer and healthier alternative to smoking. Some people use it as a transition to quitting smoking altogether, while others simply making the switch from traditional cigarettes to e-cigs. Doing this has allowed people to maintain a positive state of mental health without having to overthink the process of giving up cigarettes.

For all its benefits, can vaping also help to prevent early ageing? Are there any other benefits you should consider, or are there any potential drawbacks you need to worry about when it comes to that healthy glow of yours?

As we all know, smoking can do a lot of damage to your body. One of the most noticeable issues, however, is how quickly is can bring about the ageing process. It can cause the following:

  • Grey skin tones
  • Deep creases
  • Wrinkles
  • Crows feet
  • Fine lines
  • Eye puffiness

On top of that, it can also play a part in age spots, sagging skin, even hair loss! These are all factors that can make you look older than you actually are. Not to mention the internal issues that can also make you feel older!

So what really does happen when you switch the smelly sticks for vaping?

But there is one thing you can’t prevent even if you switch to vaping: There will be more fine lines and wrinkles around your lips and cheeks due to inhalation, the muscles used, and the limited oxygen every time you inhale. However, without the chemicals and smoke blowing in your face from traditional cigarettes, the ageing process could be much slower when you use a vape instead.

Because vaping has become so widespread and popular in adults, people have started to do it for a variety of reasons. For one, CBD has become more normalised in the vaping industry to help with things like anxiety, depression, and even getting a better nights sleep. If you decide to go that route with vaping, you may be slowing down that clock without even realising it!

Digestive issues, heart conditions, headaches, breathing problems, insomnia. All the extra stress caused by anxiety can certainly speed up the ageing process.

If you’re using vaping as an alternative to smoking, you’re already one step ahead of the game. Because smoking has been proven to speed up the appearance of ageing, finding a better alternative can slow that down.

Love, Supergood.
