Supergood News: Post-Brexit TPD Laws.
Well we’re back here again. Post TPD laws have been re-circulating in the Houses of Parliament.
Now that the Brexit storm has settled, politicians are in the process of drafting a new set of vaping legislation.
Friday 8th Jan saw the second reading of the Electronic Cigarettes (Regualation) Bill 2019-21. Bearing in mind this has a long journey ahead before being passed, but topics most interesting to UK papers will be the bill’s plans for:
To add on to it, vape advocacy groups are hoping to see the scrappage of the ridiculously restrictive 2ml capacity for tanks, along with nicotine based E-Liquids returning to be able to be sold in bottles larger than 10ml.
Hopefully the UK government will finally get their act together and be the pioneers in sensible and proactive vaping legislation.
